Order a SketchThis is simply 8 hours of one of our architect's time to develop a sketch plan that covers your needs. This is best used as a follow-up step after the Desktop Review and/or Needs & Options Review but can be used as a standalone service, too.
Sketches can include:
- Site analysis drawings
- Concept plans
- 3D massing models

Best results are achieved if we are provided a 10.7(2) planning certificate, a copy of your property title, and a completed Questionnaire.
